If you are honest with yourself, you must admit that a bank will not lend you $175 Million when the market values you at $30 Million. The analogy is to expect to take out a mortgage on your home that is 6 times its appraised value. Won't happen.
We need to be patient and get our stock price up. If the FS, permits, more reserves/resources, et al gets us moving in that direction, great. Any market tailwinds will help. But if bank financing is to be a significant fraction of the funding, we need to break the 50 cent barrier first.
