Tyhee's base case gold price is $950/oz

I thought a two year monthly trailing average gold price was customary for caluculating base case price in a PFS. So it would seem that using just any gold price is not done.

At first glance, it seems that this Gold Bar Project is almost exactly one half as expensive and produces one half as many ounces as Tyhee's YGP.
