As a shareholder there is nothing that would please me more than to be able to express my confidence in management. Unfortunately, the ROI for this company has been horrible ...is the current share price even 10 cents? As it stands, the company will not be able to get financing without massive dilution. Further, it's quickly becoming a negatively reinforcing loop: the share price is depressed (in part) because of the dismal prospects for financing, and the company will not be able to get favourable financing because of the depressed shares. I certainly hope management will be able to turn this situation around, but they are quickly running out of time. If not, some fundamental questions will need to be asked if we shareholders are going salvage anything from this situation. It's not personal; it's simply the business realities.
