Thanks Baires and Strike, I saw your posts after posting this, so I am editing it. The intent of all my recent posts is to illustrate the point that there is considerable uncertainty about the plans for this project - that it is not clear to the market what DW and Interinvest's position is on the development issues, and especially on the question of a sale, and that the company's signals about these intentions may even be contradictory (e.g., the intent of the elimination of the SH rights protection), and that all of this may explain the low share price despite the enormous value of the project.

Talking about the enormous value of the project without clarity on the other issues misses the point. I personally believe the answers to all these questions need to be clarified before progress on the share price will be possible - whatever the IRR and the results of the FS. Sure these are important, of course, but only if the intentions of the Board are clear will they attract investment. Ike
