Under normal circumstances, the lower a stock price goes with the same underlying company value, the better the expected return. But the second variable so characteristic of the mining industry - arranging the mine financing - destroys the first relationship when the stock market cap is dwarfed by the required funds. Ironically, if Tyhee were OVERPRICED now - financing would be way easier to arrange. Overvalued is good!!
No easy answer exists. It's like a baseball pitcher who can strike out any hitter alive, but who will break his arm in the process. But it is clear that Tyhee must do anything and everything in its power to get the SP up! A tailwind of rising POG at the time of FS/permitting would be necessary good fortune IMO.
