Hansix has been very clear since his July 4th birth that he believes that and trusts in that. Like it or not, at a share count not much different than many on this board, DW is not a major player in the voting rights. His value is his YK experience. So better or worse, we are in the hands of B & S, and maybe a bit of Sprott.

IMO - worst case, we get 50% premy to "whenever" SP; best case - Hansix is correct.
