Though my IQ would be no match for the person whose blog you've referred , my common sense conclusions differ big time in that I believe (amazingly) that he misses the point completely, as I believe:

The dilution is INSIGNIFICANT AND MEANINGLESS...and in 6 months seen as comically paltry in our conversations at the 'June 2012 PARTAAAAAAAY'! imho
