Well, the whole thing seems pretty clear in my mind, I think all the issues and alternatives and the facts as far as we can know them are on the table at this point, we haven't gone so far as to speculate that the drilling itself has been manipulated to hide obvious resources or to reduce the concentration of the resource so that the SP goes down, but every other point of view has been expressed I think. I've always thought that Clan Lake was the main resource, and this has still not been demonstrated clearly - though the deposit is large it is not as rich as previous sampling has suggested.

So there is obviously a clear difference of opinion between those who believe that management's intentions are honorable, and those who believe they are not - or at least have a doubt. There is no clear evidence and conclusion to be drawn either way on the facts, but I find myself leaning to the side that says all is well and we are en route to a good gainer which will be shared with all who participate in the public float. Call me a crazy fool, I don't know, but it boils down to that. A good party in June would be welcome.

I still haven't heard from DW about the going private issue, but I only sent it yesterday, he is likely busy ++, I will let the Board know if and when he replies.

Those who have the positive point of view it seems to me have good relations with management of TDC, and that seems to back up their positive view - if they have good communication with management and still feel good about the project then that may have to be good enough. Ike
