(PRESS PROFILE TAB FOR FACT SHEET & UPDATES)
I received an e-mail from Greg Taylor (of GT Investor Relations Inc.). His very first sentence was: "First and foremost, I wish to inform you that we are not aware of any misrepresentations regarding the Company’s technical filings or other activities related to the Company’s operations or communications." A subsequent e-mail from Jay Bedard included the following: "This move does not call into question any of the past work that Dave was involved with and is strictly a strategic move to accelerate production."
I take these statements to mean that whatever the reason for Dave Webb's dismissal, it was not related to anything that would affect our evaluation and valuation of Tyhee as Joe Six-Pack investors.
Mr. Taylor further stated without elaboration that Brian Briggs' promotion reinforced Tyhee's plans to construct a mine. In like fashion, Mr. Bedard said that Mr. Brigg's promotion was to ensure a quicker transition to becoming a producer.
Granted, none of the above tells us whether us Joe Six-Pack investors will get squeezed out. But, I hope this helps advance our understanding of the situation a bit.
