Please allow me to throw some stuff up against the wall (again) to see if you think it'll stick:

If Tyhee gets the $6M, then its Mkt cap will rise substatially even if its share price remains the same, which it will probably not do, i.e., it'll go up. Moreover, lot's of folks who participate in the PP will buy in with a good deal, warrants at 12 cents.

So, here comes me throwing the stuff against the wall, IF Tyhee is now negotiating with a potential partner, wouldn't Tyhee benefit in their negotiations from a higher Mkt cap? Wouldn't PP investors profit handsomely when/if the partnership is realized?
