One key word in this news article, used twice, is "dramatically".

Note: 2011 was dramatic enough. I'm not sure I'm ready to face more. Or, am I confusing drama with trauma?

If, as suggested, Tyhee's resources will increase dramatically in the Feasibility Study, then I'm very happy to be dramatized.
