Wow. Since you received so many rec's I have to comment... That what you state is scary on many levels. Nothing personnal as you provided some good analysis but if you are correct about (and you stated it more than once) that JP was not engaged or take his son's advise/work than JP needs more help than one could think. I personnally don't think JP factors his son work in any meaningfull way. But for obvious reasons want to mentor him. IMO
