As mentioned on February 10, 2012 Tyhee is currently advancing two aspects of the YGP, one is the Feasibility Study and the other is the Environmental Assessment. Also, you will recall that the MVEIRB visited site on September 23, 2011 and during those on site discussions, Tyhee personnel presented some perceived operational changes that not only would enhance project economics but also improve the environmental effects the YGP will have on the environment. At that time, the MVEIRB supported any changes that would improve the project and that responses to the MVEIRB IR’s should include the latest information.

With the above in mind, Tyhee NWT Corp plans on submitting the Part 1 Information Requests and the outstanding Part 2 information request (1-2-5) on March 30, 2012."
