He was Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance and Administration for Cytovax Biotechnologies Inc. Prior to that he was Manager of Canadian Tax for Echo Bay Mines Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in the mining industry particularly in the areas of corporate finance and tax.

Dr. David R. Webb, P. Geol., Director, is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company; a Professional Geologist (Northwest Territories); President, DRW Geological Consultants Ltd.;and the former President, New Discovery Mines Ltd.

Dave Nickerson, M.Sc., P.Eng., Director, is a Professional Engineer and Geologist with vast experience in the NWT. He is a former Chairman of the NWT Water Board, a former MLA, NWT and a former Minister of Health & Social Services, and a former Member of Parliament.

Hans Black, Chairman and Chief investment Strategist Interinvest Corporation. Chairman of Les Ailments Soyunmi Inc., Director Wi2Wi Inc., Amorfix Life Sciences, RPMH Global Macro Fund Ltd.

Michael Sonnenreich, Director, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, the University of Madrid, Spain, and Harvard University Law School. He is Chairman and CEO Williams Creek Resources, Kikaku America International, Vice Chairman of PharMa International Corporation. Michael was previously with U.S. Department of Justice, Scientific American, and associated with Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, Tufts University Medical School.
