Sadly there is no Part 4. I have no special knowledge or other opinions regarding Tyhee. The only certainty that I know is that we will either be pleased or disappointed with the outcome. Being in the business of funding projects I know the leverage I have over groups with great potential but no access to cash. The question remains, "Will we be vultured"?
