What should be more disturbing is that someone within the Tyhee management / IR is putting out information which has not been proven. We should not blame Hansix as he is just paraphrasing a fact that was told to him, we hope. In Canada, one is innocent until proven guilty. It is not customary to divulge such information to outside parties in these cases, as there are consequences. Hansix may not have been aware of this business protocol when posting his facts.

A call to management/ IR next week should provide some answers. Whenever I have had to let someone go, there were no conversations outside the organization as to the cause. If there was cause and dispute, it would come out in a court case and give the individual their opportunity to defend themselves. Otherwise that would only lead to unforseen actions.

From this point forward we should state our sources so that those doing their DD can obtain the facts as they are.
