We hold these truths to be self-evident, that.... oops wrong document!

-To gather the facts we refer to the TDC Fact Sheet of December 29 2011 on their website. I need not list those facts.

-As well, DW is still in the loop as of the last known BOD mtg according to Brian Briggs. At the present time is there confirmation that DW is still a player in TDC? We do not know this at his time. I can not express an opinion on this w/o speculation on my part.

-Recent insiders and members of the President's list are buying shares hand over fist. This is documented.

-The BFS is on it's way so we are told by management.

-There are no more relevant facts out there so most posts are opinions until further PR's.

Of course, I could very well be incorrect as this is only my opinion. I welcome other points of view that are labelled as either facts or opinions so we can come to a reliable conclusion so that we serve others who are doing their DD.
