Hans: The implications of what you are saying are disturbing. I guess giving away a "crown jewel" would lower the value of the company and therefore the incentive for anyone to take it over. If you can rationalize that, you can rationalize anything in my view. If we take your view, all except WCX would be less interested, and WCX would only be interested at a lower price than before the crown jewel was given away. I am still not sure whether this is good or bad, it depends on the intentions of the people involved. Whether WCX is "friendly" as you say is yet to be proven. Ike
