Hi Strike, yes I agree and I think an excellent reason for a combined WCX/TDC is the benefit to the share price.

A combined company will be larger and therefore the SP less easily manipulated, especially if Interinvest et al. own most of it.

And the history of TDC as a marginal investment with a damaged reputation will be evaporated in one stroke.

So Interinvest et al. may be loading up (I am speculatiing) in anticipation of the day when the SP is freed to fly. Then we shall have access to capital like never before, and exploration and development can proceed apace.
