TDC...Thanks for identifying and reporting on the Sandstrom proposal.

Sandstrom Gold appears to be down 4% since its April 5th consolidation proposal announcement. The incentive to consolidate is to seek a listing on a decent U.S. exchange. The consolidation has not yet taken place, nor has it been voted on.

Still sounds like a worthwhile consideration to me...and Tyhee.
