Tyhee has advised MVEIRB that it would provide supplemental responses Tyhee's proposed tailings containment area and certain water-related issues by the end of May 2012.

MVEIRB has advised interested parties to submit Information Requests by 8 June 2012.

The Review Board seems to have gone out of its way to stress that receipt of the above-mentioned supplemental responses. "The Review Board will not proceed with the technical session unless the developer provides the outstanding information requests on these matters, because this information is necessary for parties’ fair and meaningful participation in the technical sessions."
