There is nothing disappointing about this FS - nada! Reserve oz, % of reserve oz /resource oz, mine life, gross cost per oz, oz per year, NPV, et al, are all very positive. Even with the modest one cent kicker today $ per RESERVE ounce is $21.35, which challenges the very best of the near term producers. And no one can dismiss those ounces anymore as being uneconomical.

Memo to self: Don't sell.
