It is not good however again, the biggest part of this financing is the timing. I went through the news releases and saw that this financing had started last year in December and is still going on.

With the FS released, the continuation of the PP will be the litmus test to indicate whether the market views the FS results as positive. Initial PP did not close and is still going on (9+ months). If its another 9 months and PP has not closed, not a very good indication of interest in the project. If fully subscribed in a short amount of time, that is a positive indicator.

Time is indeed more valuable than pieces of paper and in some cases gold itself.
