Termination of Shareholder Rights Plan

In August 2011, the Tyhee shareholders approved the Board proffered Termination of Shareholder Rights Plan. Under current circumstances, how do we feel about that? Looking for some learned wisdom from my colleagues. I am uncertain how I feel...no agenda other than trying to better understand the situation. Would appreciate any help.
