What can one buy for $80,000?

A snapshot of the Level Two for TDC shows that $80,000 would takeout all present offers up to and including $0.13. About 750,000 shares. Of course some more offers would likely come out of the woodwork but the psychology of the buy would have a positive result. Unless, the goal is to cap the SP. Where is the buying club?
