"if there isn't some carefully orchistated plan to take this SP down, I mean really this co does not look this bad as to deserve this SP ..."
Everyone "in the know" knows the price of gold should be higher than it is. ($3,500-$12,000)
The same is true for silver.
The day will come when the mining companies for precious metals will have their "run in the sun" as well.
Assuming this "system of things" continues for a few years longer the above comments are a given.
As Sinclair recently said (not a direct quote) the time will come to play the long end of the market when all the weak hands that can be flushed will have been flushed. Then the banks will close the short side of their spread positions and let the long side run.
I suspect the same game is being played with the mining shares as is being played in the metals markets. When all who hold shares will no longer sell them (period end of quote as in absolutely won't sell them) those holding the positions will carefully and quietly become buyers.
It will be those in the know (read bankers) who will make the most money in the shortest period of time when they close the short leg of the spread and let the long side run. Since we haven't got inside knowledge nor the financial backing to oppose them, all any of us can do is wait and hope that is the real situation.
The quality of Tyhee's holdings speak for themselves. The price should/would not be where it is in a totally free market. We can be wrong and lose it all or we can go along for the ride of our life.
At this point (I don't add to my position) but the reward to risk is such that I will certainly not sell. Being a non-producing junior it was a risk when I went in and it still remains such. Never invest more than you can afford to lose even on a "risk-free" investment.
If you haven't read Sinclair's recent posts on managed spread trades your financial education is lacking. As Jim himself said, He didn't get named "Mr. Gold" because he wrote a book about it.
