With all due respect Hans, here is my aspect:

I will agree with you that permitting is and will be the most important part of the YGP. Dealing with beauracracy and the common man (or woman) is, respectively, Business 101 and Psychology 101.

My personal experience and bona fide opinion of someone at the other end of a junior explorers telephone or on their podium is somewhat jaded. And it matters not whether it's Agnes the receptionist or Billy Bob the President. The same man who wrote Tom Sawyer also said: "A gold mine is a hole in the ground with a liar standing next to it". I am sure we have all seen that Twain leave the station and never come back. To borrow from a Culture Club song (hated that group), I'm a man without conviction. Not to say that Tyhee's management is not all on the up and up. Everybody is innocent until proven guilty. A share price is not a verdict but the longer the jury is out, the longer the tension.

The IR's were submitted to Tyhee way back in June. All 487 of them. The Review Board is doing a "do dee do do do" while the paint drys.

Further, where are we in the current stage?:

- Technical or community sessions?

- Technical reports?

- Public Hearings?

- Hearing follow-up?

- Report of Environment Assessment/Impact Review?

- Post Report Materials?

- The Ministers decision and final measures?

If Fortune Minerals and the Giant Mine Remediation are any indication...not far.

And we are at .06 cents? I beg to be enlightened.
