Hans, we are still facing a financing at a low SP. Usually comes with options and/or warrants depending upon the structuring. I also believe that B&S are in the same position as the rest of us with regards to dilution. The difference is that they will be consulted, of course, as we go along for the ride. Time will tell as to the amount of dilution. I stick to my earlier prediction of a billion shares plus debt by the time of the first pour. We all have our own opinions and the outcome will not be known until it is resolved. Let's leave it at that............Cheers, Woody
