No one here knows B&S personally but I must say they have suffered greatly as they are accountable to others. I tend to agree with Hans, they are not in control of this situation and are feeling the same effect. I can only hope that they continue to take shares off the mkt to resolve this impasse. Knowing that they will feel the same dilution at financing is somewhat comforting. There are greater forces at work here..........Woody
