Dusting off my legal knowledge from a long ago J.D. education, are we seeing some prima facie pattern of evidence that suggests there may be criminal trading involving this security? Do the timing and magnitude of the trades, and the non-reporting of trade activity, represent some possible intent to defraud the vast majority of shareholders? In recent times, can $100 trades be passed off as "tax loss selling"?
If we see recent trade patterns continue into next week, I, for one, would welcome hearing management's view of such trading activity. One would expect when a significant percentage drop in share value occurs, management would step forward with some statement.
Notwithstanding the above, my supreme confidence in this enterprise and management remains.
