Hans: Longtom has not been a major topic of conversation since I have been a Tyhee shareholder as you know, it came up maybe once or twice in my memory but years ago. Most recent results of a 12-hole campaign in 2003 by Alberta Star show some good grades and mention of a future phase 2 drilling program to explore some magnetic anomalies and good showings but I can see no evidence of this having been done. Once again the copied article (especially the graphs) below does not come out very well in the post but can be seen on the hyperlink immediately below. It does look interesting with 70% metal and expectation of a deeper deposit. I'll look some more. Ike (Excuse me the graphs came out great).

12 DRILL HOLES COMPLETED-(PHASE 1)

The Longtom Lake drilling and exploration program is being supervised under the direction of Erik Ostensoe, P.Geo. a qualified person within the definition of National Instrument 43-101. The program consists of 20 holes, of which 12 holes have been successfully completed. All holes were drilled at minus 50, 55, 70, 90 degrees with an average inclined depth of 200+ meters per hole. Alberta Star has contracted Connor's Drilling Ltd., who are using a Boyles BBS-25A helicopter transportable drill equipped with BQTK tools, and who supply crews for around-the-clock operation. Alberta Star has been utilizing two drill crews, with two 12-hour shifts around the clock. The 12 holes included a total footage of 8,643 ft (2,634 m) and were completed on time and on budget. Phase 2 will commence in mid-August and be completed in early September.

Shallow holes had been drilled at Bonanza Bluff (Damp Zone) in 1988 (16 shallow holes totaling 1200 meters) and in 1997 (4 holes totaling 950 meters). alteration with copper, cobalt and significant uranium values. Drill hole ASX-03-08 intersected the mineralized zone of 1.18% of copper over 5 ft. Drill hole ASX-03-11 has intersected a substantial mineralized zone of copper, cobalt and uranium values at a depth of 60 meters along with significant widths of iron rich formations. It is possible that additional gold bearing sections exist and that some intersections were overlooked while assaying. Poly-metallic mineralization (copper, gold, silver, uranium, bismuth bismuth (bĭz`məth) [Ger. Drilling Resumes (Phase 2)

The drilling program has greatly enhanced the Longtom Lake (IOCG) database of compiled geological and geophysical data sets. A three-dimensional modeling of drill data and assay values is currently in progress using Gemcon software. Drill data from 1988 and 1997 will be incorporated into the database. Prior drilling has confirmed anomalous copper, gold, silver, uranium and iron grades on the property. The Company will resume its scheduled drilling (Phase 2) of the scheduled 8 more drill holes in mid August upon receipt of all assays.

their conformity with the Olympic Dam model. The continuing search for giant-sized Iron Oxide hosted Copper/Gold (IOCG) deposits has gained huge momentum in Canadian mining circles due to their enormous size potential. They are often referred to as Olympic Dam deposits, named for a huge Australian deposit that characterizes this deposit type. The Olympic Dam mine in south Australia is a massive polymetallic deposit that has a combined metal content of 28 billion pounds of copper, 11.8 million ounces of gold, 115 million ounces of silver plus additional credits of cobalt, uranium and other metals.
