Let me preface this message by saying that I am only going off of my experience in dealing with markets and that this situation may be different but based on what I have seen, I suspect the following: The end of the month greater than average purchase of Tyhee shares was utilized to fill all of the low bids the following day.
Said another way, the party or parties involved take out all the ask lots at 6 cents before the end of the month and then sell into the bid the next day at 5.5 and 5 to remove support and bring the price down to its current 4.5 level. Given that it takes $60,000 to command a million shares at this level, for someone with deep pockets, it is not that hard to pull off.
This party or parties is looking to induce some kind of action which I cannot be sure about but I do have my suspicions. Nonetheless, we should keep a close watch at the volume level to see what is going on.
