The question among the posters is whether this is deliberate manipulation or just the vagaries of the current market in PM juniors.

The optimists are going with the market, pessimists with the manipulation. If it is manipulation, we shall know who it was by who benefits most in future. If it is the market and the weak hands are giving up while the strong hands (like me) get stronger, strong hands will eventually make out like bandits. If Dave Nickerson is a smart investor, we will make out like bandits. If he is merely desperate to save the share price, and is making a minor contribution to appear like he has confidence in the company, then we have a problem again.

Personally I think it is a combination of both manipulation and the market, but I think we will make out like bandits only because I doubt that S&B are the manipulators. If they were, it would be a problem for sure, but I think their integrity and reputations and their social standing not only limit their opportunism, but also open doors to financing. We win or lose with S&B, I believe our interests as shareholders are identical with theirs.

This company is a world beater on the resources, community support, and staff skills scales, and the timing of its position to start production as the NWT permitting rules change is perfect. It is poised to succeed if it can get the financing
