Thanks for your comment. I am all too aware of your described asset base calculation which has been in play for many years. My problem with that is that it monumentally broke down in 2009 and has not recovered. In fact, it's gotten worse. Money is the tightest its been in my lifetime.

Let me go about this a different way. I want to believe bank financing is achievable. Can you name a single developer since 2009 that has acquired bank financing for 14x its market cap? Ten times? Five times? Please help me come around to your way of thinking.
