It is not a good thing to have manipulation but man will always try and take advantage of a situation if he is allowed to. That is just how some people are built. One can pick and choose his risk and invest knowing that this thief always looms on the horizon to pick one's pockets. Understanding that this possibility is real and knowing why and when it happens can also work to one's advantage of making money.

When I began investing in this sector, I used to write emails to the commissioners complaining of what I saw. Let me tell you, for whatever reason, they are not going to move a finger until we get some real leaders in top positions in government who are working for the people.
