I have watched the gradual unloading of TDC stock held by battle worn missionaries the past three to four months of 2012. We are now entering the next phase after a double bottom and capitulation of sorts. We are in need of financing for day to day operations, environmental and permitting. Interesting to see a form of "High Close" the past few weeks. Hmm. This would indicate something in the works by a party who has some interest for the good or the bad. Sure the timeline for development will likely not occur on schedule as planned but we are moving in the right direction. A series of financings are in the works. The local blessing is just a matter of time. Staying solvent is our number one goal. One goal at a time. My guess is that we have an announcement shortly for the first stage. This would be a real positive step. IMHO
