Note particularly Mr. Sinclair's commentary on the COT reports.

The commercials will be long when this market is finally released but many people will likely be thinking otherwise if they are "locked in" to thinking the COT reports are sacred. I know of almost no government financial numbers released to the public that have not been "massaged."
