I have taken some time away from watching Tyhee closely, as I thought that the EA process was really stalled. Now, after viewing the slidehow presentation at www.tyhee.com, I think that some big events in permtting could happen in the next six months.

So I went back to the MVEIRB website. It has been completely updated, and may be worth picking through:

There is one fresh document, 7 feb 13, a note to file regarding "updated work plan":

It basically says that it will revise the schedule of the work plan once it receives Tyhee's response to Information Requests.

In Tyhee's letter date 18 Jan 13, they predict submitting the responses to the IR, updated with improved data, in the second quarter 2013. That means that the new work plan does not come out until after June 2013, likely in my view late July 2013.

Progress, but seems to keep sliding to the right....

The one letter that seems to shed the most light on the process is:

Which establishes that getting the Full Feas done before completing work on the IRs was necessary. So I think the next major milesont in the EA process is tyhee's submission, hopefully by June, of the consultants work on the IR responses.

The problem is, it appears to me that MVEIR will not move forward on technical sesssions, as tyhee asked (next) until the IR responses are provided in June (at top, above):

Tyhee NWT Corp would hope that all IR’s currently before us would not require a formal response prior to Technical Sessions being scheduled and solicit the Board’s support in holding the technical sessions in a timely manner.

Whether financing comes before or after this, I suspect after, but who knows, major news can come out at any time.

Lastly, with the private placement now done, does this mean that Canaccord will no longer be buying up the close at .09 / .095 ?
