True enough, Baires.

According to a Note to File by the Mackenzie Valley Review Board back in February, Tyhee has advised the Review Board that it will submit responses to the outstanding Information Requests by 30 June 2013. http://reviewboard.ca/upload/project_document/EA0809-003_Note_to_File_Regarding_Updated_Work_Plan.PDF To date, no early responses have been posted on MVRB's website. I assume that work is being done in this regard as opposed to buying time for a financial miracle with private placements.
