This is just a GUESS on my part. I hope I am wrong.

I suspect Tyhee will be sold (as many other companies have recently been) in this case for a price of about $0.09 or $0.10 per share.

There will be nothing the shareholders will be able to do about it. It will come strongly recommended as the "thing to do" by all the members of the board etc. etc. etc. The announcement and paperwork will arrive in a month or two.

The recent purchases were probably done with full knowledge of this "agreement/intention" and with a price somewhere in range (estimated above) which will make those recent insider purchases profitable.

The whole world has gone mad and there is not an honest soul left in it except for a very few who number approximately one in a thousand.
