Good point! I believe Kimber Resoures (KBX) share holders were asking Jim Puplava a similar question regarding his company going belly-up. I'm just grateful Hans Black has a ying yang from which he and his associates purchased over a hundred million Tyhee shares to keep the company going during this profound market downturn, and putting together an excellent management team, BOD, and robust Feasibility Study which without his support might never have happened. As Jim Puplava used to say, and I paraphrase, 'as long as dilution results in significantly increasing the value of the company, than it's worth it.' Puplava's Kimber Resources company had relatively low dilution compared to Tyhee. It also went out of business. God bless Dr. Black's ying yang!
