I think that's a misprint. Dr. Pierce Carson was not terminated "for cause", but "for because"...I believe Pierce along with Waterton, own nearly half the company's stock. Don't know how that figures into his termination, though. Except that I'm wondering about when Waterton, their biggest creditor, will pull the plug on Santa Fe. That could herald Tyhee's reemergence into a merger opportunity.
