That is no doubt accurate, but discouraging. I guess the question is "when, or if, does he think it is going to go up?" I remember, regarding silver, David Morgan said that he thought this decade would be the "decade of silver" with last decade the decade of gold. What we are seen so far isn't what I envisioned regarding either silver or gold. Any thoughts?
