Add those qualification to what Hans Black and Greg Taylor have accomplished for Tyhee as deal makers and you have a winning team! Besides, despite its enormous potential, Sutter's the sort of micro-property the Seniors and Intermediates, with all their Capex cost cutting, would likely pass up. Tyhee found a nitch.
