Message: Armstrong

Thought I would give you a few thoughts on him as well....Your points are well taken Baires...however I have been reading him consistently for maybe a year...trying to catch up to his analysis....which is difficult because honestly for me he is at times hard to follow....Where I first learned of him was Jim Sinclairs site and Money Talks Radio AM770 where I am.... A great program IMO)....IMO the only reason Sinclair posted Armstrongs views was that because Armstrong was bullish on gold and IMO Armstrong was bullish thru the bull run...Sinclair won't post anything negative and that is one of Armstrongs pet peeves....the gold promoter who is always a bull...there is never a time to sellout....in gold....the hyperinflation stories and everything else etc etc...Armstrong calls this stuff bullshit.....Gold is just another asset where there is a time to buy and a time to sell....Again IMO ....he has taught me much about truth in gold investing....I know alot of people won't agree with this but it is what I believe now.... I still love gold but there is a time to sell...(how bout when Sinclair said Gold never again below $1600 ) and there were many others calling for 5-10 thousand gold.....and all their stories...Armstrong did call the high in 2011 as one example..I should've listened...He also says their is manipulation but it will not change the major trend already in place...no one can do that ....I think (might be wrong) but I thought Sinclair said this a few times as well....the bankers can clip a little (or a lot here or there but can't change the trend)...so this is not a factor in the long term....Also IMHO,,,,there is no way he cut a deal with anyone to get out...He despises the government and governments and the crooked bankers....and the gold promoters who try to fleece the public.....by the way...he does not think Sinclair is one of the bad guys....I think Armstrong thinks Sinclair is just wrong and using incorrect anaylsis...
