I asked someone close to Tyhee, "What do you say to investors who want to know if Hans' legal problems will negatively affect Tyhee's active pending deals with potential funding sources?..........Here, in part and paraphrased,is the response I got today...... Even though Dr. Black might be distracted by his legal "issues", there's no reason to think they'll affect Tyhee in any significant way. Tyhee's been working for months with serious investors who have yet to pull the trigger. I am certain Hans' situation is NOT a significant factor in achieving successful outcomes.
