That's a silly question. Of course I'd pull the trigger. But, I'd be pulling for the best possible deal which may not yet have materialized. Let's hope Tyhee doesn't have to give up too much to close those deals. That's my concern. Not whether or not Black's legal issues are a pain in his ass.
