In the junior mining business model, it is not hard. You drill, wait for results. You finance, wait for investors. You make deals, wait for the right one to come along. There is a lot of waiting. It can be done. Having Briggs devoted to Sutter as you would have it shows desperation. The argument has been made and everything that can be uncovered has. Now its up to the investors to come and fund it (waiting). If Briggs were to start knocking on the door for the 100th time to the same financiers, they would walk away. At some point you have done what you can with the resources given to you and there is no more to be done. You do not continue to beat a dead horse.

President and CEO of a junior mining company is not the same as a company with operations. I would be more worried if Briggs left Tyhee and went to the other company. That would be a huge red flag. No examples of successful president and ceo but the junior mining model is continually evolving where the industry professionals involved with juniors are so small that it necessitates sharing expertise and board members.

With the right person, someone can be CEO of both. The responsibilities are similar and someone who is used to wearing multiple hats can perform both roles with the right set of management and board of directors.

We should be watching closely but from what I see, there is nothing materially different from Tyhee's current strategy.
