70% and 32% rise in a 1 cent stock ain't much. In fact, I think you have said in the past that the pink sheet market (or whatever it is called now) is very irrational. Also, any stock will show big volitility when the bid/ask spread is 25% to 50%. 400,000 shares on a 2 cent stock is $8000, so nothing means anything at these levels. Liquidity is non existant.
