Apparently there was no action taken against Black or it would likely have been mentioned too. It is possible that there is still an on-going investigation. But it is approximately three years later now and this article from about a week ago makes no mention of such a detail.
I was once investigated by two gentleman from the I.R.S.. After talking the matter over with me, and after I pointed out to them the legal authorization for what I had done the matter was done with. They apologized for wasting my time.
I apologize for wasting yours! But I am sick of these endless, pointless, regurgitations.
Everyone on this board is aware of these matters.
They were discussed repeatedly at the time of the management transition some years ago.
This may still legally be on the books as a matter under investigation, but nothing new has come to light over a considerable period of time. Please stop beating a dead horse.
If something truly new comes to light; by all means let us know.
